How to prepare for a phone interview with Enterprise Rental Car as a Management Trainee?

Hi, I passed the initial phase of having my resume checked and the online questionaire answered. Now I received an email stating that I will be having a phone interview. Now I am very nervous in general about phone interviews. My last phone interview with another company went awfully wrong as I forgot many things I wanted to say, stuttered, etc. Can anyone that is a management trainee help me on what I can expect on the phone interview and what are some good things to talk about? Thanks
