how to port number from cricket to jump

it is a very easy process. call 1-866-351-7678 and basically keep on pressing 1. and eventually you will get to customer service and they will do it for you.

programming is also easy with jump. you use the same prl file for cricket. load it up and change your nam settings. then call 1-866-515-jump and have them activate the phone. with the esn
 
it is basically a list of roaming areas. i think. dont quote me on this. but each service has a different prl. if your changing a phone from lets say verizon to cricket then you have to change the prl
