where do i go?

we only got it like 2 months ago
so, please provide a free and easy step-by-step instructions
keeping in mind that i have no idea what to do
for example: instead of saying blah blah blah ISO format, blah blah blah another wierd word
say; see that circle on the top right of the screen, click that while pressing b
