I'm in C.A.P. and in order to get promoted I need to pass my P.T. test. I have one coming up in about two weeks. I know I cannot get in shape in that short of a time, but can anyone give me some tips or a workout to help me condition? I have trouble going all the way down on push-ups and running both the mile run and the shuttle. But, the only time I can go to the local gym is on weekends and I don't think that's going to cut it. Thank you for any help.
