Well I failed my learners twice in DC. In I just recently moved out to Maryland. I am going to take it out here next week and I wanted to know a easy simple way to learn the book and be prepared! I also wanted to know how many questions were going to be on the tes and how many I have to get right. I also wanted to know how many times can I fail it in Maryland since I already failed twice in DC!!!!! Not saying that I am going to fail or anything!!!!! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
