I give up way to easily. I throw in the towel and accept defeat.
For example, when im doing weight lifting one week I will lift well and do myself proud then the next week I can barely manage to lift what I lifted before, hence there is no progression. Or if I run around the track 10 times a few days later I might cop out after just 4 laps. Its like my mind wants me too fail and not progress.
I don't have any aggression. I basically need to grow some balls but I don't know how.
