how to over clock a ecs mpc61pm-gm am2 with a adm 9500 quad core?

i want to get more than 4gigs of ram and raise it from 2.21 ghz how can i do this? wiped out vista and now have xp pro. would like it to go to 8 gigs and possibly 3 ghz. is there possibly a program that can do this for me???
