I am looking for a photo editing program that opens eyes in digital photos.
I know that 'photoshop' can do this but the asking price is too high for something I will use occasionally, I see that there is a students edition available which is cheaper, will this do?
If not can someone out there help me thanks.
Have tried splicing/cut& paste with my own software but it looks crappy.
I use "Paint shop pro" & "Ulead photo impact"
