disappeared from paypal and ebay? i haven't received an item from a seller on ebay and they said they would give me a refund but they still haven't. now he is ignoring my emails. the details about the transaction have disappeared from my ebay page and from paypal preventing me from having any proof that i bought any thing from him. i want to open a case against him. can i still open one some how?
