How to obtain out of state Subpoena? What is procedure to obtain out of state subpoena?
ABC Company had filed law suit against me in Middlesex county, NJ. They are claiming fake email sent from my email account. I have never sent those email, which ABC Company is claiming.
In order to prove the fact that none of those fake email were sent from my account, I have contact google team, which is demanding for Subpoena.
As I don't have lawyer and I would be fighting the case on my own, I want to know how can i obtain subpoena in Johnson County, Kansas. (Out of state, as my case was filed in middlesex county, NJ).
I have visited court office and court clerk said it is not possible to obtain subpoena without having case# in local court.
Can anyone please help me how to get out of state subpoena?
