I have past experience 12 yrs ago in product management. Lately, I have managed "internal products" taking third party products and making them available to our departments and employees. I want to move back into commercial product management. How can I effectively bridge the gap between where I am now and a product management job? Some skills transfer, but the market and other areas will not.
