It's really whatever you want. You need to find the mnemonic that works for you. You can always take the first letters of the words and make another word with them.
For psychology we had tons of mnemonic devices. A guy named Bandura did an experiment with these Bobo dolls to measure kids aggression. So we remembered it by saying "Bobo Bandura". It has a ring to it. Good Luck! You'll come up with something.
