P Patti New member Dec 9, 2010 #1 I have a Schwinn OCC Chopper Bicycle..I'm not sure if it's a 20 inch frame or 24 inch frame..how do I measure?..other sites said to measure from the center of the crank to the top of the seat tube..is it the same with this chopper?
