I first got my body comps done and it predicted my ideal weight to be at 123 and then they redid them a couple weeks later and they were 126 and then a couple weeks later they were 126 again and a couple weeks later they went down to 121...
I get my last set of body comps done tomorrow and I'd like to do whatever I can to get my ideal weight to decrease. what can I do? what happens if i tense my muscle? or should i be completely loose? what can I do to manipulate my skin fold measurement that will decrease my ideal weight? PLEASE HELP SOON!
