What things work best to control the swings of adrenaline?
I found efexor evened things out some but I would continue to push on to
exhaustion about once a week and also seemed to be amped up at night.
This was on just 1/2 tablet of the smallest dose each day.
Do other medications deal with adrenaline and adrenaline exhaustion?
Exercise helps,
Stopping coffee helps.
What am i missing?
My latest ailments are very sore burning muscles and sensitive skin all
over. Even when I take it easy and don't work or exercise for a few days.
