Okay so i really like sports, especially track and soccer. Well, i did... The thing is, I got so stressed from running and club soccer was WAY too big of a time commitment along with school. So i got burned out. I turn my head away whenever i drive past a soccer field and feel butterflies when i even think about running a race.
I just want to LOVE these sports like i used to. I want to feel the vibrancy of physical exertion, the rush of adrenaline, the satisfaction of a great play. I just... can't anymore.
Please help me get back into it! Thank you so much.
