How to Make Your Car Run on Water.Is that possible?

I'm interested to run my car on water.Recently I've heard that is is possible.Please explain me how you run your car on water.

Chemically its impossible. Anybody saying it is hasn't had a basic chemistry class. Also, just because its on you tube doesn't mean its true.

You can run it on Salt Water ye, it's on You Tube, a scientist was playing around and found out once he inserts an anti-flammable chemical into salt water, it becomes flammable.
