How to make Word Document into HTML?

I have been listing items on E-Bay and have been using the usually text box that is given when writing the descriptions. I wrote a page description of an item that I am going to post and I would like to use it on Ebay. I know there is a text box on the listing page where you put the HTML code but how do I get the HTML code from the word doc and insert it into the listing.Help
