I have been working out with the intention of building muscle. I in NO way wish to lose weight. If anything I need to gain weight in muscle.
I have been taking straight whey protein mixed in 4 oz of water, and it tastes completely discusting after the first 2 times!!
I saw on a website that if you are building muscle, water is the best, and if you are losing weight, milk is the best option.
I want to build muscle so I've been avoiding milk, but I'm not sure if it's true.
The thing is with water I can't add banana, chocolate, or ice cream like I could milk.
Would it affect my muscle building if I used milk and put in a banana or something?
Can somebody give me a good Muscle Building whey protein shake recipe please?
It can be as simple as 1 or 2 extra ingredients.
