How to make video audio playable on stereo and watchable on computer?

If I burn a cd with a video playing music is there a way to have it so that when you put the cd into a normal cd drive on speakers or in the car you can hear the audio and when you put it into like a dvd player you can watch the video on tv and hear the audio?
