How to make stereo headset for sl45

I lost my original stereo headset... Does anyone know how to make stereo headset for SL45? I have mono headset with microphone and push to talk button from S45 and usual stereo headphones. Anyone have schematic?
 
U can make a stereo hs from two mono, or I can send U mine for some fee.
I will write down how can U do that tomorrow.
 
Only for the sound no PTT function:

- one mono headset to PIN 2 and 12 (left ear)
- one mono headset to PIN 11 and 12 (right ear)

In my mono headset the sound cabels are gold coloured.

Ask, if U don't understand.
 
I also made stereo headset without PTT and mic 2 months ago, using pins 2,11 and 12 on connector...

That was easy... But how to connect PTT?
 
I recently got capeak i9 (iPhone copy) phone and it came with basic (very bad) headset. I just want to know is there anyone who can tell me how to make 3.5'' stereo adapter for this phone so I can use any type of headphones.
Just to say, bluetooth headset is not option for me cause in Nis (Serbia) I can not buy bluetooth headset.
