How to make Sony ericsson play music or ring tones louder?

I purchased Sony ericsson hazel few months back. The volume of music is very low even if it is set to maximum out put.
Also 5 megapixel camera doesn't give desired result, it gives very poor image quality.
Can anyone help me fixing this?
