how to make request

Hello there,

I would really like to know how to make a request for a certain game.
From what I understand I have to post a request in the channel.
But that's where I'm lost.
I want to request Tomb Raider Legend for xbox360 released by DNL.

Could somebody help me out, or at least point me in the right direction?

When I've requested something I have uploaded another program or game and requested at the same time (put it in the title). Got what I wanted, but it takes some time with just 1mbps upload :(
