I really do love pencil shading but because of how much I always smudge, I've basically given up on it. Is there a way to shade without smudging or using Slip Paper (or whatever that's called)
I've tried holding my hand so all the weight rests on one finger but it doesn't work very well at all =.= I've even tried shading diagonally but nothing seems to work for me. Any neat little tricks you could recommend?
Also, please don't recommend anything where I have to go out and buy special paper, or a special spray or an easel or anything of the sort.
