how to make my wind data plan work on my nokia N8?

how to connect my nokia n8's apps to my wind data plan network. it has something called IDEAS in it that it always tries to connect to which is not my network, i don't know what that is. I bought this phone new out of the box and unlocked ofcorse. please help me. Thank you for your time
