how to Make my 2003 Toyota Camry Le Faster and perform better?

I am a 16 year old kid... i live in the country area of GA the south... and i drive a 2003 Toyota Camry LE 4 Cylinder 157 HP "silver" with alloys.. i drive to school and back... i want to know how to make it perform better.. and make it look better i dont wanna spend to much like genral performance tips and make is well kinda faster
 
u can put a better intake also better higer octane fuel lighter rims change spark plugs for better ones alsou can put a turbo but thats kinda expensive
