how to make my 1994 mazda mx3 faster and sound louder?

i have a 1994 mazda mx3. i want to make it faster and i want it to have that loud sound. it already has a little roar to it..
 
sorry but the best way to make something like that faster is to quiet it down with a turbo charger. if you want a fast loud car id try a muscle car.
 
i dont think its really worth it, sorry. but you could get a rx7 or a miata in my opinion its way worth it to modify one of these instead of the mx3, trust me youll only waste money even with a good exhaust system itll still be very slow.
 
Go to a car customizing shop and ask for a set of "borla" exhaust. As for the engine, it will cost more than the car itself to upgrade.
