how to make my 1992 honda civic accelerate faster?

please give a price range
sorry forgot to mention, has the engine of a 1995 accord please give a price range im not trying to make it a racing car, just because the accelaration is garbage
 
the last time i checked...a 1992 honda civic is not a performance car. if you want to go faster? buy a corvette
 
It ia amazing how many people purchase a small economy car and then aren't satisfied with the performance.

You have two choices.

Throw lots of money at this car for performance modifications.

or

Sell it. Take the money from the sale, add the several thousands of dollars you were going to spend on modifications, only to achieve marginal performance gains, and buy something with a V8.

At least then, you will have a performance platform that you can start with.
