How to make GPRS on demand in WM6?

I have a HTC p3600 running on WM6, can someone please tell me how can I make my GPRS connection from Automatic to on demand as every time I open something that requires Internet it automatically connects its to GPRS costing me money.
It connects to GPRS even when I loosde WIFI signals for few moments.

Somebody please let me know any tweaks for it.
