How to make good clubbing music in apple garage band?

In school i have to make a fusion Indian rage and western style clubbing/dance piece on the apple macs and we are using garage band. i would just like to know if anyone would be able to include a very detailed explanation oh what instruments to use and just the exact! information needed to make a good mix. Some songs that i would like to base it off it at all possible would be

Guru josh project- Infinity
Global Dj's Sound of San Francisco
Armin Van Burren- In and out of love <<(love it very haunting)

any help what so ever would be very much appreciated
