I just bought a 2006 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT and when I accelerate, it makes a whining sound that I love, but I can't figure out what it is. I'm sure its not the turbo, because I drove a new one, and it doesn't make that sound. Some told me it is the cold air intake that is on it, but I don't think so since many people say intakes don't change the sound of the engine. What is this?
