How to make customer service answer your call within one minute

I was on the phone once for 50 mins trying to get customer service, after waiting for that long i was pissed off, so i decided why not just mess around with the menu and see if any other options yielRAB a better result, luckily i found an option that does. Dial 611, choose 1 for cricket phone, then enter the information they wants, some options then comes uo, choose option 4 something about wanting to make changes, then choose option 1 to something about adding a new line, you will need a esn, you can use an esn nuraber from any cdma pohne, as you will be required to enter it, weird someone will then answer withg 1-2 mins, i have done this so many times now and it has worked 100 percent. I guess you get faster service if you act like you want new service
