How to make CDs out of a DVD image file?

I have got a dvd .iso image of 3.05 GB. I have not got DVD writer but reader only in ma PC. I can make a DVD from my laptop but it would not read well on ma PC since my DVD reader has some defects i guess. So is there any way to make CDs for that DVD.
I know it will take 5 CDs of 700 MB but still plaease tell me if you know any way.

I want bootable disks...actually the .iso file is windows 7 RC....
