There is one business that I has been my client for quite some time. They have plans on expanding this coming year and I would like to collaborate with them and handle their one department. How could i open up the subject that i will be responsible and be partners with them only with one specific drpartment? Is it possible though? If my department generates quite good numbers in terms of profit, how should i should the shares be divided provided i will raise the capatil needed?
