how to make a judge reduce my punishment?

im 15 and i did a serious crime and i did all my probation and my community service and my mental testing I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice to appear very nice in-front of the judge because he wants me to be on probation until im 19 but if im good i could get off by christmas! All help is thankful
