I drew the pictures on paper scanned it and coloured it in with photoshop cs5 and added the extra stuff and blah so anyways i have a picture of a anime guy and i want to animate it and make it use like the arrows to move around and do missions and like fight and put on armor and you get the picture. Thx in advance!
