how to make a Field in an Application form Auto-Fills using Html ?

ok.i have this website where u can choose an available Job to apply to,
when u click on the job title ("Manager" for example), another page opens which is the Application Form.

this form has a field "job title".

if u can help me find a way to make this field auto-fills according to the previous page using Html (fo example,if i click on "Manager",the "job title" field in the application form page will automatically have "Manager" in it)
that would be great.
