How to make a ENTER SITE (SWF video file) page clickable with XML?

I have this Oxylus Skin XML site that runs all through SWF and XML files. I want to code the index.html file to be a clickable ENTER SITE page that links to the actual website at index2.html. The catch is I don't want just a image I created a SWF animation file I want to use for the ENTER SITE page. Need help with the code.
