How to make a Dedicated Jedi Academy Server with the JA+ mod and on the Internet...

...Master List? So Im having a little problem here. I want to set up a dedicated server for Jedi academy with the ja+ mod and be able to play on it. It also has to show on the master list. Everytime I make a dedicated server it comes up as Lan and I want it to be internet so My buds and I from another city can play together.
