How to make a Classic Cartoon like in the old days?

I want to make a classic cartoon like the old ones
Such as Looney Tunes, Hannah-Barbara, and Classic Disney
Can you help me design a classic plot and character

NOTE: As much as I will agree with you, I will not accept anwsers such as, "I miss (Classic Cartoon), or Don't make it suck.
