How to lube drum bass pedal?

I have a double bass pedal <Pearl P122TW> and the left foot pedal is fine, but the right foot pedal is very hard to hit, I tried changing the springs but that's not it, and i lubed the chains but that's not it either....

I was wondering how do I lube the axis of the pedal, if possible? And what lube to use...I heard about White Lithium Lube is that the best?
