So I used to be 189lbs but now I'm down to staying in the area of 150-155lbs. I did this by calorie counting, controlling my snacking habits (my main problem was snacking ALL DAY) and I've shed the lbs that way. But my healthy weight range is like 130-145lbs. I still need to lose some.
But I can't seem to get lower
I know you're thinking "well just exercise!" but the thing is I HATE exercising. I hate sweating. I hate doing the same monotonous task for half an hour, I lose interest faster than I blink. And the things that are not monotonous are not things I can do alone (sports need teams, and I don't have anyone to do it with, or would be willing to do it often). I'd swim but I'm too embarrassed since I am still chubby to go swimming in a skimpy bathing suit, plus having to shave is bothersome (being a girl sucks)
Soooo is there anything at all that helps lose weight that doesn't involve exercise? I know that might sound ridiculous but I got pretty far without it and I'd like to spend my life doing things I DON'T hate
