I have just recently added working out every day into my routine to lose a couple unneeded pounds. One day, I run 2 and a half miles. The next day, I go to the gym and practice a little basketball (shooting, layups etc), and then lift weights.
I would like to lose weight only through out exercise. I would like to keep my regular diet with just a little change (i.e. only one sweet thing per day, and limiting the random snackage).
Is there anything that I should add to my exercising that could possible help me lose weight faster? Or that would help me at least lose weight?
