Ok my ex-boyfriend broke up with me because he said i was fat?
and i don't like him at all.
So I wanna go back to school making him feel like he missed out.
That's not the only reason why i want to lose wieght it is because it's my eigth grade year and i really wanna lose wieght.
I WIEGH 152. and i kind of have a beer belly i get it from my dad and im 13. IM really buff but most of it isnt muscele it is faat. and i wanna lose it.
PLEASE HELP THANKS LOVE YAH.
P.S. does anyone know if core rythms works because i have it and don't know if i should waste my time doing something that doesn't work
