After meeting with his recruiter today, my husband was told he needed to lose between 15-20 pounds in the next three weeks. To me this sounds pretty crazy. He is already dieting and working out a couple of times a day and has lost 4 lbs this past week, what would be a good diet and workout plan in order to lose this much weight in this timeframe? Are their any kind of supplements or diet aids that actually work that would help?
