iv lost about a stone and a half over the last 5 months and im a size 6-8 ontop and a 8-10 on the bottom half. I want to be a size 8 on my bottom half. My diet is good but i would like to loose abit more of my thighs and tone.
Currently i do 40 mins on the treadmill on 7 (powerwalk) and then a run/sprint on 10.5..i complete about 5km in 40 mins. I then do 2 sets of weights on my legs on the machine to tone inner and outer thigh (2 sets of 15) and then when i get home i do about 60 squats and 40 lunges.
Will i eventually loose this extra bit on my legs and tone? How long should i start seeing results? Any other leg exercise tips?
