I'm 14 and mixed race. I'm having a funky dress party for my 15 birthday in winter (u.k) and everyone's allowed to wear whatever they want. but I don't know how to create my outfit. please tell me how to do my hair make up and out fit. I have short dark brown hair by the way(its always straight)
