I now am aware that you should always make a reset disk, but I never did :/ I needed to restart my laptop ( I had Windows 7 Home premium) and after I restarted my laptop, it said that the user accounts had been disabled. It tells me it needs a removable media such as a floppy disk or USB flash drive. What I did was I downloaded a password reset program online from my PC (other computer, not laptop) onto my USB drive to then use it in the laptop as it asks. It still didn't work and a message came up saying this disk is not a password reset disk..but the USB has the program in it that I downloaded. I don't know what the problem is or why the laptop did not recognize it. Do you recommend I go out and buy an actual Password Reset DISK? What do I need to do to get into my Windows system? Is there a way to get in without a password and then create the password inside after you have logged in? PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks so much in advance.
