use this breathing method...breath in through your nose to the count of four then breath out through your mouth to the count of four...do this method four to five times...this is called combat breathing...it will calm your body down...then think about what you are about to say and how it will affect him...before you say anything...how i see it no one is going to have the same opinion as you no matter how hard you try to make them see it..and you will never see things his way...there will have to be a compromise of sorts...even if you disagree with your husband learn to agree to disagree...and be ok with that...
