How to link a button to go to another scene? - Adobe Flash?

I have a button in adobe flash which I want to be able to click on it and then take me to another scene, how can I do this?

Using actionscript 3.0. If there is an easier way with action script 2.0 what would be the easiest method of changing it to action script 2.0?
